Removing or Rescheduling an AutoFill Enrolled Prescription

Prescriptions enrolled in the AutoFill program may need to be removed or have the To Do date rescheduled. Removing or rescheduling enrolled prescriptions can be done from the Workbench To Do tab in PharmaClik Rx.

To remove or reschedule an enrolled prescription in the AutoFill program:

  1. Navigate to WorkbenchPrescriptionsTo Do.
  2. Select a prescription.
  3. Select the Correct button. The Correct Rx window opens.
  4. Select the Refuse button. The PharmaClik Rx - Refuse Prescription window opens.
  5. Select Yes. The Refuse Prescription window opens.
  6. In the Refuse Prescription window, select whether to reschedule or remove the prescription through one of these options:
    • Prescription(s) remain enrolled in AutoFill To Do tab Date (default):
      • Select the Calendar icon to select a new To Do tab date—Allows the prescription(s) to be maintained in the AutoFill program and moves the prescription to the selected date in the To Do tab for future processing.
    • Prescription(s) are no longer enrolled in AutoFill:
      • Removes the prescription(s) from the AutoFill program. Prescription(s), no longer has WB symbol in the patient profile, and is removed from the To Do tab.
  7. Select OK.
